these Terms will be effective only if it is in writing signed by the
NLN. No waiver of any provision of these Terms shall be
deemed a further or continuing waiver of such provision or any other
provision. If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, void
or unenforceable by any court having competent jurisdiction, the remainder
of these Terms shall remain in full force and effect.
